The Pension Scheme of Big Industries

The industrial union of metal workers IG Metall and the employers’ association Gesamtmetall have founded the joint MetallRente pension scheme which offers collective agreement conform pensions. This guarantees the employees a high trustworthiness and reliability. MetallRente is also open towards companies that are not members of Gesamtmetall.

The steel, wood and synthetics industries as well as textile and clothing have joined MetallRente after sealing the collective agreements. Moreover companies from other industries may also join MetallRente after being examined separately.
